ATG Entertainment is committed to maintaining compliant websites and online services, and to providing an online environment that is accessible to all visitors. This commitment aligns with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. §794d), and applicable implementing regulations, as well as the recommendations outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
We use industry-standard accessibility methods and tools to achieve this. For example, the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget, available on our Sites(s), is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The widget provides user-triggered enhancements that allow visitors to improve the site’s accessibility. When selected, these features can increase font size, pause animations, adjust colour contrast, and more. Users can choose combinations that best suit their needs, in line with WCAG Level AAA guidelines.
Additionally, we enable Automated Remediation Technology (ART) for all visitors. ART does not detect the use of assistive technologies; rather, it enhances accessibility for all site visitors by deploying remediation capabilities. These methods comply with the applicable version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the primary international standards organization for the internet.
As part of our commitment to accessibility, we also partner with Audioeye to ensure our continued compliance. Through this partnership, we have conducted and continue to conduct accessibility audits of our online services, and have remediated, and continue to remediate any issues identified during these audits.
For certain events, ATG Entertainment is not the main ticket provider, and tickets may come from third-party sellers. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that accessible tickets will appear for resale or in subscriptions. If you need accessible seating for these events, we recommend reaching out to the primary ticket seller or the venue box office to check what’s available.

ATG Entertainment is committed to providing equitable solutions that welcome all guests to our venues, including those with mobility, hearing, and visual needs. We believe that everyone has the right to access quality entertainment. We offer a range of services to make our events and venues as accessible as possible.
Our venues come equipped with listening devices that can help for guests with visual impairments.
Some of our venues may provide ASL Interpreters upon request.
Some of our theatres offer D-scriptive devices, I-Caption devices, audio induction neck loops and infrared headsets. The availability of these devices vary, and may need prior reservation.
