Group Sales Policies

  • Group minimums vary by show.

  • Reservations are processed first-come, first-served.

  • Provide your maximum seat count up front. Accessible seating requests should be made at the time of booking.

  • You will receive an invoice confirming seat count, pricing, deadline, and locations.

Payment Options

  • Mail: One check or money order (payable to ATG Detroit, U.S. funds) to:
    Group Sales / Fisher Theatre
    3011 W. Grand Blvd.
    Detroit, MI 48202
    Returned checks: $35 fee

  • Credit Card: Email us with your final ticket count; we’ll confirm and send your invoice.

  • In Person: Schedule an appointment by email.

Important: Payment must be received by the due date on your invoice. Tickets are mailed when payment is received on time. There are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets.

  • Group pricing is subject to change. Original contract pricing is honored only for tickets outlined in the initial agreement.

  • Additional tickets after payment follow current pricing and availability.
