FAQs

When is payment due? Does my group have to pay immediately upon booking?

Nope! Full payment is due 6 weeks before your performance date. A 20% deposit may be required earlier in some circumstances.

Are there seat maps of your theatres available?

Yes! Check out these seating charts to map out where your group will be sitting before they arrive: Orpheum Theatre, Curran Theatre, and Golden Gate Theatre

Please note that seating is subject to additional pit seats.

Can anyone in my group make changes to the order?

Only the Group Leader who booked the group can make adjustments (adding/removing or changing seats) and payments.

Is there a way to be notified when new shows are available for group bookings?

Yes! Ask a Group Sales Representative to add you to our priority waitlist!

Will BroadwaySF provide digital assets to help me promote my group event?

Absolutely! Just let us know if you need access to show assets.

Is special pricing available for school trips and student groups?

Many shows do offer educational pricing – price guides include student tickets when available.

Can I host a private party for my group in the theatre lounge before the show?
