Subscription Information
Terms & Conditions: 2026/2027 Broadway Season at ATG San Francisco, and all Tickets purchased, are subject to the ATG Tickets Terms and Conditions of Sale and the offer details posted on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions.
Renewals: We will send out a season subscription renewal notice by email notifying you of the renewal deadline. The season subscription renewal notice will usually be thirty days before the renewal deadline, but this can vary from season to season. This season subscription renewal notice will include details of the upcoming season, any changes to pricing or benefits, and instructions on how to decline the offer of renewal. If you have enabled autorenewal, your membership will renew automatically. If you disable autorenewal or cancel by the renewal deadline communicated within the season subscription renewal notice, your seats will be released for general sale.
Automatic Renewal: If you enable auto renewal during purchase or renewal you will be automatically renewed each season into a Season Subscription. Prices and details will vary each season. Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a payment plan). You have until the renewal deadline to cancel the renewal by calling/emailing the relevant venue. If you cancel before the renewal deadline present in the email, you won’t be charged.
Exchanges: You may exchange your tickets through your subscriber portal or via phone (888) 746-1799 or by email ([email protected]).
Exchanges are available once tickets have been delivered to your account, typically three to four months before your performance. All exchanges must be completed at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled performance.
There is no fee for exchanges made before the exchange deadline, which is twenty-four hours prior to the performance you are moving into or out of. Additional costs may apply if you upgrade seats, move to a higher priced performance, or if ticket prices have increased.
Please note that we stop making sales for future shows, group tickets, or subscription enquiries 60 minutes prior to curtain, except for the upcoming performance.
