Will Call tickets are held at our Box Office. Tickets may be picked up during the Box Office’s regular business hours. You may pick up your tickets on the day of the event, or ahead of time if you choose.

Hudson Theatre requires every individual who enters the theatre to have a purchased ticket. “Lap Seats,” or free tickets for small children who wish to watch the show from an adults lap, are not availableOur box office will assist in finding appropriate seating for a child.

Yes, coat check is available in the Box Office lobby. There is a charge of $3 per item. If you are travelling with large luggage or packages, we encourage you to make other arrangements for such items before arriving at the theatre.

Outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre. There are two full-service bars located on the Orchestra Level and Dress Circle Level, and guests are able to bring snacks and drinks purchased in the theatre to their seats.

The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of photographs, either with or without flash, is strictly prohibited while inside the theatre.

Yes! Our staff check our facilities nightly for any items that may have been left behind. To inquire about a lost item, please visit Hudson Theatre’s Stage Door at 140 West 45th Street (between Broadway & 6th Avenue) or call 646-975-4620 and press 2. Be sure to give us a description of the lost item, let us know when and where you think you lost it, and provide us with contact information so that we can get back in touch with you. All unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days. Hudson Theatre is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to reunite all lost items to their proper owner.

Security

Guests are encouraged to arrive 50 minutes before the performance to allow sufficient time for security checks, as late seating will be at the discretion of management. Hudson Theatre is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience, and by entering, all guests agree to the theatre’s code of conduct. Flash photography and video recording of the production are prohibited. Guests must comply with bag search procedures, with large bags required to be checked at coat check. Seating is limited to the ticketed location, and tickets must be presented upon request. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the theatre. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed responsibly, and impaired guests will be managed promptly and safely. Guests are expected to follow all instructions from theatre staff regarding facility operations, emergency procedures, and general policies. Please note that all persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside the theatre: outside food and beverages, large professional cameras or video recording equipment (which may be checked at coat check), flashlights and laser pointers, illegal substances, noise-making devices or fireworks, firearms, weapons, and large luggage. Guests are kindly asked to make other arrangements for oversized items before arriving at the theatre.
