Via subway, we are located a short walk from the Q Train at Beverly Road and B train at Church Avenue.

On event nights, the box office opens 2 hour prior to the advertised start time and closes approximately 30 minutes after the headlining artist begins.

FAQs
Pre-sale tickets may only be purchased on our website using the applicable pre-sale code. Presale tickets are not sold in-person at our box office.
Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the Box Office starting 60 minutes prior to the advertised show time. Kings Theatre Box Office will not accept third party will call. Please note the box office closes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour after the performance has begun.
All ticket sales are final, and event details including lineup and start time are subject to change without notice. In the event of a canceled event, all ticket holders will be refunded.
Lost & Found is in the Guest Services Center located off the lobby on the Orchestra level. During an event, guests should visit Guest Services to inquire about lost items. After an event, please contact is at kingsinfo@atgentertainment.com with a description of the item and the date the item was lost.
Kings Theatre is not responsible for items that are lost, left behind, stolen, or damaged. Found items will be held for 10 days from the date they are turned in. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated or discarded in accordance with New York State law.
Bags must be 18”x14”x9” or smaller to be permitted into the building. Oversized bags including hiking backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the Theatre. All bags will be thoroughly searched by our security team upon check in.
Security
Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous at all times and to avoid behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of the event, such as blocking views or using offensive language. During certain performances, artists may invite guests to stand in front of their seats, but courtesy and unobstructed views must still be maintained. Disorderly conduct, including fighting, obscene gestures, or throwing objects, is strictly prohibited, as is interfering with the performance, performers, or venue operations. Guests must not stand on seats or building structures, and aisles and exit paths must remain clear. Seating is limited to the ticketed location, and tickets must be shown upon request. Unauthorized access to restricted areas will result in removal. Smoking is prohibited inside the theatre, and Kings Theatre enforces a no re-entry policy. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Guests are required to follow instructions from theatre staff regarding health and safety, emergency procedures, and general operations. Inappropriate or offensive behavior should be reported to ushers, security officers, or guest services. Kings Theatre reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for failure to comply with this code of conduct.
Prohibited Items
No weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, tasers, mace, and pepper spray, are allowed. Additionally, personal alarms, glass bottles/containers, lighters, bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters, illegal substances, and alcohol are not permitted. Theatre Management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary.
