Getting around
With step-free entrances and accessible elevators on either side of the building, the Mahalia Jackson Theater welcomes all audiences. A sloping walkway allows wheelchair access to the orchestra level of the theater.
Accessible seating is available throughout the orchestra and parquet (rear) levels of our theater. Due to the flexible nature of our seating plan, the number and location of wheelchair accessible and other accessible seating is limited and subject to change. Our staff will gladly assist you with accessible seating options. All accessible seats have the option to have a companion seat directly beside them. We have seating available for patrons with service animals. Please coordinate your visit in advance with our box office and theatre services team by emailing [email protected].
