With step free walkways at all our entrances, both theatres are accessible. ADA seating is located on the Orchestra level of both theatres and can be purchased online or in person at the venue box office. Companion seats are available for purchase with all ADA seating.
Family restrooms are available on the main floor of the theatre, in the Orchestra Bar.

Hearing Devices: Assisted hearing devices are available for free checkout at the guest services desk in the lobby. A valid ID must be presented when checking out units.
ASL Services: ASL Services are available and must be coordinated in advance. Please contact [email protected] to request ASL services for your event. Open Caption is provided at the Sunday Matinee performances of every Broadway In San Antonio event.
Audio Description: Audio Description services are available and must be coordinated at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired show date. Please contact [email protected]m to request Audio Description services for your event.
Resources & help
Service Dogs are permitted in the theaters. We recommend patrons bringing service dogs purchase ADA seating to provide enough room for the animal to sit without obstructing the aisle. If aisles are obstructed, patrons may be relocated by venue staff as a safety precaution. The patron must ensure that the animal is under control, with a leash or harness. The patron is also responsible for any damage or mess created by the animal.
GalaPro is available for select Broadway In San Antonio events. Patrons using the app can now enjoy the show with closed captioning on their smartphone. All services are provided in real-time, using voice recognition technology. GalaPro is the first-of-its-kind mobile application that enables the attendees to not only see and hear the performance, but to understand what is being said as well.
Our Access Team is available for every event to aid any patron in need of extra assistance. Whether it be help to your seat, providing listening devices, or sensory processing needs the Access Team members are available to assist. You can find an Access Team member at the front entrance to both theatres at the Theatre Services desk.
