Getting around
We believe the magic of live entertainment is meant for all. In accordance, we have taken steps to ensure the theatre is as accessible as possible for all audiences.
With step-free entrances and an accessible elevator, the Saenger welcomes all audiences. Our Rampart St. entrance includes an accessible elevator to bring patrons to the main arcade level. Our Canal and Basin St. entrances are sloped and require no stairs. A sloping walkway allows wheelchair access to the orchestra level of the theatre.
Accessible seating is available throughout the orchestra level of our theatre. Due to the flexible nature of our seating plan, the number and location of wheelchair accessible and other accessible seating is subject to change. Our Box Office staff will gladly assist you with accessible seating options. All accessible seats have the option to have a companion seat directly beside them. We have dedicated seating for patrons with service animals. Please coordinate your visit with our box office and theatre services team by emailing [email protected].

American Sign Language interpreted performances for Broadway in New Orleans are scheduled for the first Sunday Matinee performance.
