Smart Financial Centre

Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case by case basis and subject to search.

• Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5"
• Clear bags should not exceed 12"x6"x12"
• All bags larger than a small clutch bag will need to be clear.
• Bags for medical equipment (sized appropriately to the size of the equipment) are permitted, but will be subject to search, i.e. small items like medication need to follow the standard bag policy above.
• Diaper/parenting bags (accompanied by infant/toddler) are permitted but will be subject to search.
• Following standard safety protocol, all unattended items and bags left outside the gates or within the venue will be removed from the facility immediately.
• Bags, purses or backpacks of any kind will not be accepted by Guest Services and you will be asked to take them back to your vehicle. 

There are 2 ATM machines located on both north and south sides of the lobby concourse. However, keep in mind that Smart Financial Centre is a cashless venue.

Cameras with detachable lenses, audio and video recording devices, tripods and flash photography are prohibited. Small cameras with lenses less than 4” are permitted unless prohibited by the artist.

Children two (2) and older require a ticket, unless otherwise stated. Children under two (2) will be a lap child.

For most events, doors open approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time. All patrons entering the facility are subject to search and inspection.

If first aid assistance is required, please notify the nearest Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land representative so they may escort you to the first aid area. Our first aid area is equipped to handle minor injuries. Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the facility.

The Guest Services desk is located in the lobby, behind the Ticket Office.

For lost and found items, please visit the Guest Services Desk during the event, located inside the lobby, or call 281-207-6278 after the event to inquire. Please note that lost and found items are only held at the venue for thirty (30) days.

All guests entering Smart Financial Centre must wear a shirt and shoes for their safety. Guests wearing obscene, offensive, indecent, or inappropriate clothing will not be permitted to enter. Smart Financial Centre reserves the right to determine what clothing is obscene, offensive, indecent, or inappropriate without any liability.

We welcome and encourage cosplay at our themed events. However, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• No Obstruction of Views – Costumes and accessories must not block aisles, obstruct other guests’ views, or interfere with seating arrangements. Guests wearing costumes that obstruct views may be asked to modify or remove them.
• No Prop Weapons Allowed – For the safety of all attendees, prop weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the venue. This includes, but is not limited to, toy guns, foam swords, staffs, and any item resembling a weapon. Guests arriving with prop weapons will be required to return them to their vehicle or leave them outside the venue.
• Venue Discretion – Smart Financial Centre Management reserves the right to deny entry or request removal of any costume, prop, or accessory deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for the event. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
• General Conduct – Costumes must be suitable for a family-friendly environment. Attire that is deemed offensive, excessively revealing, or otherwise inappropriate will not be permitted. Guests wearing such attire may be asked to change or leave the venue.

By attending in costume, guests agree to comply with these guidelines. Non-compliant costumes, props, or accessories may be denied entry or subject to removal at the discretion of venue staff.

There is no re-entry.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the show is cancelled. Refunds for postponed shows are at the discretion of the artist and promoter. 

Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land is a non-smoking facility which does include vaping. Smoking and vaping is prohibited within 25 feet of any entrance.

Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections. A stroller check service can be found at Guest Services.
