Rideshare:

Rideshare and drop off is located at the corner of Commerce St. & Hoefgen Ave. To avoid traffic congestion, please do not drop off in front of the venue as there is no outlet south of The Espee on Hoefgen. 

Parking

There are various parking lots within walking distance of the venue, including the Baldwin Garage, Ellis Alley Park & Ride Lot, and St. Paul Square lots on Commerce Street and Center Street.

For your convenience, event parking can be reserved at the Baldwin Garage in advance through ACE Parking.

Box office opening hours

Event days only, three hours prior to ticketed time. Shows with a start time of 1pm or earlier, open two hours prior to ticketed time.

During the hour prior to performance time, we are unable to sell tickets to future performances. Should an exception be made at our discretion during a slow period, you may be asked to step aside until we can assist all patrons attending the performance at that time.

Will call tickets are held at the box office. Tickets are available for pickup prior to or on the day of the performance, depending on the show. Please note that a photo ID matching the name on the order is required for guests to retrieve tickets. 

All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds.

In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be automatically distributed to the original purchaser. 
In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, refunds are not automatically distributed but may be requested depending on the show.

Tickets are sent via email as a PDF attached to the invoice. This attachment is at the very top or bottom of the email depending on your mobile device, and must be presented upon arrival to be scanned in. Printed PDFs will also be accepted at the door. Screenshots will not work as they can distort the barcodes. 

For select shows, printed tickets may be requested at the box office for $1 per ticket. 

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket (unless otherwise advertised). Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children will not be permitted into the venue for shows with age restrictions above 15 years old. They are not allowed to be accompanied by an adult into shows with these age restrictions unless otherwise stated.

Any and all discounts are up to discretion of each show and vary show-to-show. Rush tickets, when offered by the show, are subject to availability. When available, they will be sold at the box office. A valid ID must be presented, without which the offer may be revoked. It will be noted if rush tickets are available in advance; otherwise, they are sold two hours before each scheduled curtain.

Package descriptions are listed prior to purchase when selecting your seat. Communication regarding VIP packages and instructions will be sent out within the week prior to the show. 

Security

The Espee is an outdoor venue. Shows will proceed rain or shine. The venue is cashless—all sales must be made by credit or debit card. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. Guests must pass screening when re-entering. Alcohol purchases require a valid, physical ID (21+). Strollers are allowed only in designated areas during family events. Service animals defined by the ADA are welcome, but pets are not. Shoes and shirts are required for entry. Every guest, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Tickets from third parties do not guarantee entry. There are no refunds on tickets, even if admission is denied or guests are removed from the venue. Crowd surfing is prohibited and will result in ejection. Guests are responsible for their belongings, and no storage is available on site.

Prohibited Items

Weapons of any kind, explosives, flammable substances, illegal drugs, outside food or drinks, large bags or backpacks, recording devices other than smartphones, and disruptive devices such as laser pointers are not permitted. Service animals are welcome, but no pets are allowed. Management reserves the right to prohibit additional items if necessary.

Bag Policy

A wallet or small clutch (4.5” X 6.5” or smaller) or clear bag smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” is permitted. Larger bags and purses, as well as backpacks, will not be permitted. There are exceptions for diaper bags and bags for medical equipment. If you bring a prohibited bag, we cannot hold it for you. All bags are subject to search and must meet size requirements.
