We are thrilled you have decided to join us; get ready for an experience unlike any other! The week of the show, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to redeem all the elements of your VIP Experience Package. Please be sure to check your email at least 24 hours prior to the show to ensure you have the most up to date information. Please email [email protected] if you have not received an email with redemption instructions 24 hours prior to the show. VIP Experience Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To redeem all elements of your VIP order (other than tickets) you must present your: 1) ID and 2) VIP Card (sent to you via the email used to purchase the VIP experience). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the following additional terms and conditions apply: ** CMN reserves the right to adjust, change, cancel, suspend, or amend your package for any reason and at any time, at its sole discretion. ** Please note the VIP Experience Package is not valid for tickets purchased via resale platforms, such as Fan-to-Fan resale websites. ** You may be required to sign a waiver & release of liability and/or any other documents as may be requested by CMN. The VIP Experience Package is NON-TRANSFERABLE and CANNOT BE RESOLD. All sales are final. The VIP Experience Package is subject to venue restrictions and limitations. ** Use of personal cellphones or cameras is prohibited during the Meet & Greet Experience and Photo Opportunity at the Front of the Main Stage. Non-compliance may result in suspension from the activity or cancellation of professional photos. CMN reserves the right to enforce this at its discretion. ** By participating in the VIP Experience, you consent to your image being captured and being uploaded to a password-protected website. ** You acknowledge and agree that you may appear in promotional content related to the show. ** VIP merchandise must be collected at the venue on the day of the event. Any unclaimed merchandise will be considered forfeited without further compensation or recourse. ** By participating in the VIP Experience, you hereby waive, release, and discharge CMN and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in the VIP Experience. This waiver and release extend to any personal injury, damage, or loss, and you acknowledge that this release of liability is made voluntarily as a condition of participating in the VIP Experience.
