Manage current tickets

Season show tickets will become available to manage when they are delivered to your inbox. This is generally 3 – 4 months before your performance. You will receive an emailed notification from us when tickets are available.

Once delivered, you have the option to exchange into a different date of the same performance or upgrade your seats. To do either online, follow the steps below or watch our how-to video. Exchanges and upgrades can also be made by calling us at (313) 872-1000. 

  1. Log in using the button in the upper righthand corner.  

  1. Once logged in, click the same button again – it will now display your initials.  

  1. In the pop-up, select Manage My Account

  1. Under My Account, navigate to Subscriptions (the fourth tab).  

  1. Click Exchange Tickets. You may be prompted to re-authenticate your credentials.  

  1. On the next screen, click Exchange Tickets again and locate your show by selecting the corresponding month.  

  1. Check the seat(s) you'd like to change, then click Upgrade or Exchange. 

  1. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request.  

  1. Your new tickets will be emailed as a PDF and reflected in your online account. 

Please note, purchased tickets to non-season shows can also be viewed here but you will not be able to exchange or upgrade. You may do so for a discounted fee by calling us at (313) 872-1000.


Additional purchases

To purchase additional tickets to season shows, tickets to non-season shows, lounges, drink packages, or parking at the Detroit Opera House, follow the steps below or watch our how-to video. 

  1. Log in using the button in the upper righthand corner.  

  1. Once logged in, click the same button again – it will now display your initials.  

  1. In the pop-up, select Manage My Account 

  1. Under My Account, navigate to Subscriptions (the fourth tab). 

  1. Click Purchase tickets. You may be prompted to re-authenticate your credentials.  

  1. Search by date to find your show. Use the page navigation at the bottom to browse additional results. 

  1. Locate your desired show and click the corresponding link based on what you need: 

    1. Lounges and drink packages are tagged with "Extras"

    2. Detroit Opera House parking is tagged with “Parking” 

  1. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase 


Subscribers have first access to tickets, often at discounted prices, so be sure you are purchasing from your subscriber account. Benefits are automatically applied - no promo code needed!

Parking

Parking is included for all shows at Fisher Theatre. Parking for the Detroit Opera House can be purchased ahead of time at a discounted price through your online account.

For shows at Fisher Theatre, subscribers may use the Fisher Surface Lot (2953 W Grand Blvd, Detroit MI 48202) or the Fisher Building Parking Garage (2943 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202). 

If parking in the garage, you must register your vehicle with Metropolis parking and validate once inside the building. Full information on parking with Metropolis can be found here. If using the surface lot, no action is needed. 


Premium subscribers may use the internal structure located on Lothrop between 2nd and 3rd Ave. You must use your swipe card to gain access to this structure.


Subscriber FAQs

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be sent as a PDF to the email we have on file. You can expect to see these 3 – 4 months prior to your show date. Ticket delivery emails will come from [email protected]. Once delivered, your QR code for entry will also appear in the ATG Tickets app or in your online account. 

How do I log into my subscriber account?

From our website us.atgtickets.com, navigate to “Log in/Register” in the upper righthand corner. Enter your credentials and click “Log in”. Click on your initials again in the upper righthand corner and select “Manage my account”.

How do I exchange or upgrade my season tickets?

Subscribers can exchange or upgrade their tickets online, in person at the Fisher Theatre box office, by calling us at (313) 872-1000, or by mailing a self-addressed envelope to Fisher Theatre 3011 West Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202. 

Please note, our box office cannot process any in-person exchanges within one hour of curtain for any scheduled performance.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different production?

No, tickets must remain within the same production run. Tickets are non-transferable between productions.

How do I add a lounge? 

Lounges may be added for a single show online or by calling us at (313) 872-1000. If purchasing online, follow the steps listed in our “Additional purchases” section or watch our how-to video. 

How do I exchange my lounge?

If you have a lounge add-on, please follow the same steps as exchanging your ticket. Your lounge will not automatically switch to your new show date if you make a ticket exchange.

What happens if the lounge is sold out for the day I am exchanging to?

Please contact our subscriptions department at (313) 872-1000 or by emailing [email protected].

When can I exchange my subscription show?

Exchanges can be made as soon as tickets are delivered to your account. This is generally 3-4 months before your performance and before tickets go on sale to the public.

All exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before your performance.

Is there a fee to exchange subscription tickets?

No, there is no fee to exchange if done so before the exchange deadline. The deadline for exchanges is 24 hours prior to the show you are exchanging out of. There is a $12.00 late-exchange fee per ticket should you need to exchange past this deadline.

Please note, there may be an additional cost associated if you are upgrading, changing to a more expensive show day (weekends and matinees), or if ticket prices have increased. To ensure you receive the lowest priced tickets, please utilize the subscriber pre-sale window when possible.

If you need to exchange past the 24-hour deadline, please call us at (313) 872-1000. 

How do I receive my new ticket(s) if I’ve exchanged?

A new PDF ticket will be emailed to you and the tickets in your online account will update. There is no need to keep your original tickets.

How do I purchase season extras?

Season extras can be purchased online, by calling us at (313) 872-1000, or in person at the Fisher Theatre box office. If purchasing online, follow the steps listed in our “Additional purchases” section or watch our how-to video. 

Can I exchange non-season show tickets?

Yes, you may exchange non-season shows for a fee. There is a $10.00 exchange fee per ticket. This must be done at least 24 hours prior to the show you are changing into or changing out of. Please note, there may be an additional cost associated if you are upgrading, changing to a more expensive show day (weekends and matinees), or if ticket prices have increased. Please call us at (313) 872-1000 to exchange.

How do I add a credit card?

You can add a new credit card through your online account. If you would like to use a newly added card on any active payment plans, please contact us as updates to payment plans must be processed by our team.

How do I add my tickets to my Apple Wallet?

Tickets can be added to your Apple Wallet from your online account under orders once tickets are delivered. Please note, this feature is not currently available for Android/Google Wallet users.
