The 01 & 34 line runs down M Street, with a stop directly in front of the Saroyan Theatre, making it perfect for those attending performances and events there. The 26 line travels down Ventura Street, stopping right in front of Selland Arena, providing easy access for guests attending games, concerts, and other exciting events. The 32 line drops off on Tulare St, with only a 5 min walk away from entering the Fresno Convention Center, a quick access into conferences, conventions, and events of all ages.
All lines start in North Fresno near Riverpark, offering a straightforward route to Downtown Fresno. For just $1, you can pay once and transfer to any bus route, giving you the flexibility to travel across the city without breaking the bank.
By Trolley (On Fridays/Saturdays): Enjoy a leisurely ride to Downtown Fresno with close access to your next event via FresnoHop Trolley. This convenient mode of transportation provides evening hourly departure from Fresno State & Campus Pointe traveling through the Brewery District, Cultural Arts District, & Tower District with no charge in your nightlife experience.
West Concourse Entrance (Even Sections): Door Access Closest Near M Street. If entering through FCEC Parking Lot or COF Parking Garage, walk through Selland Arena breezeway to access West entrance.
East Concourse Entrance (Odd Sections): Door Access Closest Near FCEC Parking Lot on O Street. If entering from M Street direction, walk through Selland Arena breezeway to access East entrance.

Parking is available in our FCEC Parking Lot on O Street.
We only accept Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Bank/ATM Cards. No Cash accepted. Rates vary per Event.
Accessible Parking is located in front of the Lot. Please inform Parking Attendant to be directed appropriately. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Additional Parking is located at the COF Parking Garage on the corner of O & Inyo Street.
Payment for COF Parking Garage is managed through Parking Kiosk on the ParkMobile App.

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at the Ticket Office 2 hours prior to Show start. Photo ID will be required for pick-up to match with the name on the order to receive tickets.
Accessible Seating is available in the Selland Arena.
No smoking, no food or drink carry-ins, no cameras or audio/video recorders. Children under the age of 2 are free if they will be sitting on an adult's lap.

Yes, bags are subject to search by security personnel at the entrance. Bags larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ will be prohibited from entry into the venue, and backpacks of any kind are prohibited.
If an item or any personal belongings are missing, please notify Venue Staff to check if it is in our possession. If not, you can call us after the event during at our Main Office at (559) 621-8762.

Yes, physical tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office at the Selland Arena, Tues - Fri, 12PM - 6PM.

Security
Facility Regulations
Please note the following regulations for all of the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center venues:
Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to ticket holders who refuse to allow inspection of their persons and purse, bag or package carried with them entering the venues.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the venues.
Children two (2) years and older must have a ticket for admission unless otherwise noted.
Unauthorized marketing, soliciting, or vending is prohibited.
Ticket stubs must be retained for the duration of the event.
Unlawful purchase, distribution, or possession of alcohol will result in immediate removal from the venues.
Shirts and shoes must be worn in the facilities at all times.
Prohibited Items
For our guest's safety and this venue's policies, the following items are not permitted in any of the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center venues: Hoverboards, bottles, cans, coolers or similar containers, outside food, drinks or illegal substances, any weapon, including chains and studded bracelets, video equipment, professional camera, tripods, selfie sticks, and recording devices, laser pointers, aerosol cans, noise-makers, fireworks, backpacks of any kind, oversized bags larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, unwrapped gifts, boxes, umbrellas, helium balloons, smoking, including e-cigarettes or vapors, and lighters of any kind, pets or non-service animals, any other items determined to be unacceptable or dangerous by management, explosives, guns, stun guns, handcuffs, and brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, and martial arts instruments, pepper spray; tear gas; and knives of any kind.
The Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center does not provide weapon lockers. Those with a Concealed Weapons Permit are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venues; NO EXCEPTIONS. The Fresno Police Department are the only officials allowed to enter with weapons.
Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the venues or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the venues and may be subject to arrest.
Entry Inspections
All guests entering the venues during an event are subject to a search of their person and their property, including a visual inspection and a bag inspection for prohibited items conducted by Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center security personnel.
Guest Conduct
To All Guests Attending Our Events:
Guests maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times.
Any use of offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the venues and may be subject to arrest.
Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Disturbances to the event, venue, & patrons will include, but are not limited to the following: standing on chairs, drunk and disorderly conduct, fighting or challenging others to fight, “mooning” or exposing private body parts, and interference with or delay of the game or event.
In the event that any of these actions are taken, they will be in violation of Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center’s event policies and of local, state, and federal laws and statutes: igniting and display of flames, such as lighters or matches in the facility bowl; attempting to enter the field of play, court, or stage without permission; throwing, discharging, or launching any liquid substance or objects other than paper confetti; willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest or employee with loud and unreasonable noise; using profanity or offensive words likely to provoke a violent reaction; and taunting or using offensive language against the performers.
Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center managed by Venuworks & ATG Entertainment reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and/or escort the guest from the building.
